By downloading or using SwiftShift, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SwiftShift, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use the application.

2. License

RG Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SwiftShift for personal or internal business purposes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• No illegal use of the service
• No attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• No interference with the proper functioning of the app
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or reselling the application

5. Data Accuracy

SwiftShift is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, managers remain responsible for verifying payroll calculations, schedules and compliance with local employment law.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

RG Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SwiftShift.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
